Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering me to capture your special moments in Crete. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both of us, please take a moment to review the following booking terms.

Booking Confirmation

Photography sessions are officially confirmed only after full payment of the agreed session fee has been received.

Session prices currently start at €380 and may vary depending on the type of session, location, travel requirements, and individual requests.

Once payment has been received, your selected date and time will be reserved exclusively for you.

An official invoice can be issued upon request. All services are provided through my legally registered business in Greece.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited availability of photography sessions and the preparation involved, all bookings are generally non-refundable.

When a session is booked, the reserved date is no longer available to other clients, and significant time is invested in planning and preparation.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that unexpected situations can occur.

In cases of serious and unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as:

Serious illness
Accident or medical emergency
Flight cancellations significantly affecting travel plans
Official cancellation of a holiday package by the travel provider
Other extraordinary situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis

a partial refund may be considered.

In such cases, 50% of the session fee will be retained to cover administrative work, scheduling commitments, and preparation already completed. The remaining 50% may be refunded after the situation has been reviewed and supporting documentation has been provided where applicable.

Weather Conditions

Crete is blessed with beautiful weather most of the year; however, if severe weather conditions make a session impossible or unsafe, we will first attempt to reschedule to another suitable date during your stay.

If rescheduling is not possible, an individual solution will be discussed together.

Weddings & Elopements

Due to the extensive preparation, planning, and date reservation involved in wedding and elopement photography, separate booking terms apply.

For wedding bookings with a total value of €1,000 or more, a non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the date. Your wedding date is considered officially reserved only once this payment has been received.

In the event of cancellation by the couple, the 30% retainer will be retained, as the date has been exclusively reserved and may no longer be available to other clients.

For weddings, elopements, or events with a total value below €1,000, a non-refundable payment of 50% of the agreed amount is required to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation by the client, this amount will be retained.

In exceptional circumstances beyond the control of either party — such as serious illness, accident, or other unforeseen emergencies — alternative solutions, including rescheduling, may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

By securing your wedding or elopement date, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Agreement

By booking a photography session and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
